What we collect
- Your email address and country of residence, when you join the waitlist.
- Your answers to the optional questions: which card you want, how you would fund it, how much you expect to spend, what price you find fair, whether you use FINNPUTER and whether you hold $FINNPUTER.
- The date you joined and, if present, the site or campaign that sent you here.
We do not ask for your name, your wallet address, identity documents or payment details on this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tools from third parties. To count a visit only once, your browser keeps a small marker that is deleted when you close the tab. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Why we use it
We use your email address to tell you about the FINNPUTER Card, for example when early access opens. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You gave it by ticking the box on the form.
We add up the answers of everyone on the list, for example signups per country and expected monthly spending, and share these totals with card providers to negotiate the card programme. We do not share your email address or your individual answers with them.
Who processes the data for us
- Railway hosts the waitlist server and its database.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website. Like any web host it processes your IP address to deliver the page.
- If we send you a confirmation email, an email delivery provider processes your email address for that purpose.
These providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards these providers offer under EU law, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist entry until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at the latest until the waitlist is closed.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, or receive a copy. Write to finnputer@proton.me from the address you signed up with. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the CNPD in Portugal.
